How can I contact Glama Gals?
Contact us via e-mail , or phone with some party dates you have in mind as well as your selections. Glama Gals will contact you within 24 hours Monday-Friday. If you contact us on the weekend will get back to you on the next business day.
How do I get my invitations?
Glama Gals will mail your invites out upon receipt of your contract. Glama Gals will not mail out invites for parties booked less than 2 weeks of party date.
How do I book and Confirm my Party?
Once you have contacted us and booked a party we will send you an on-line contract to fill-in and e-mail or fax (647)435-5087 back. Please fax or email back within 5 days so we can mail your invites out.
How long is my Glama Gal Party?
Glama Gal parties can range from 1-3 hours. It is dependant on amount of activities chosen and amount of guest and hosts attending party. Glama Gals is not paid on an hourly basis for entertaining rather we are paid as per the amount of activities you have chosen. Please see packages section for further details.
Final Number Confirmation
5 days prior to your party Glama Gals will contact you to go over final numbers. You will be charged according to those final numbers. For example if you confirm 10 and 9 show up, Glama Gals will still charge you for 10.
Parties of 15 Girls and Over
Glama Gals brings in extra hosts when parties reach 15 girls. It is important to let Glama Gals know in advance should you wish to have a larger party.
Can I hold a date?
Glama Gals will hold a date for three days after that the date and time is released.
What do I need to have ready for my Glama Gal Party?
Please ensure ample parking available for us (PLEASE ENSURE IF YOU ONLY HAVE STREET PARKING AVAILABLE, YOU HAVE A SPOT DESIGNATED FOR GLAMA GALS AS EQUIPMENT IS EXTREMLY HEAVY)
Allergies and Pets?
Please notify us of any allergies upon booking your party, so we can govern ourselves accordingly. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the same room during the party due to hygienic purposes. Our staff will leave the premises should this not be respected.
What type of area do I need to have the party?
Room for party: All we need is an empty room with a table/ chairs for each guest and a sink. We will take care of the rest. Some parents like to have the parties in the family room, others in a basement. We can even do them outside weather permitting. PLEASE NOTE GLAMA GALS EQUIPMENT IS EXTREMLY HEAVY AND THERFORE AT THIS TIME DOES NOT OFFER SERVICE TO APARTMENT/ CONDOMINIUM BUILDINGS AS IT IS A SAFETY LIABILTY FOR OUR STAFF.
Do I have to put down a deposit and what type of payment do you accept?
NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED
If you trust us with your kids, we trust that you will hold your party date. Things happen and as parents and caregivers we understand that. At this time we accept cash only. Please have payment ready at the end of the party.
Weather and determining if a party is cancelled?
Glama Gals has the right to cancel any party due to inclement weather conditions. Glama Gals will not be held liable for the cancellation of a party due to weather conditions.
How old should guests be at the party?
Our parties are for girls 3- 15 years old only, we will not provide service to anyone older than that at this present time.
How does Glama Gals Clean and Sterilize their materials?
Cleanliness is at the top of our priority list, please note all robes, slippers, and towels have been thoroughly washed after each use and sent to an off site cleaning company. Nail files are disposable. Brushes used during hair activity are used once and then each child is given their own brush. Clips, bobby pins, hair ties are brand new and girls get to take them home. We promote a healthy and clean party environment.
Are parents and family allowed to stay during the party?
Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests if you want them to stay. Parents who wish to stay, must be in an another room while party is occuring, this will avoid distracting the children and our staff. We love our parents however the party will loose its main focus with parents in the same room. We will call parents for photo opportunities.
What Experience do Glama Gal Hosts have?
All of our staff have superior experience with children. WE ARE HERE TO ENTERTAIN YOUR CHILD AND THEIR GUESTS. Be aware of other party companies who provide beauty services yet have no experience with children. We are teachers/ ECE's/Artists/ Singers/ Mothers/ Daughters /Sisters and most importantly GLAMA GALS. Please read our testimonials for further information.

As professional event planners, we can assure you we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests, and will treat your home like a “royal palace”.
